This service consists of:
Call Support
A monthly 90 minutes call to discuss any issue, hitch, questions or anything else to point you in the right direction during the planning phase and make you progress with it.
Voice note app access
Access me via the note app to answer any quick questions you may have regarding vendors, logistics, contracts etc. to keep your planning moving forward
Month of Coordination
A month out of the event I will be taking over everything to deliver event logistics, timeline, floor plan, contact sheets, deliveries etc. so you can totally relax and enjoy the event coming together.
During this time, I will create a detailed timeline of your event and contact all the suppliers to discuss and make any adjustments required to ensure they can fulfil their duties. I will be coordinating and arranging details such as speeches, bride entrance, cake cutting, first dance etc.
Event Day
I will be the first person arriving at the venue and will ensure all the vendors have checked in, and are briefed and ready to provide their services. I will be your (and all the vendors) go-to person, for any questions or situations arising, and the person who will handle potential delays, hiccups, or issues.
During the day I will be supervising deliveries/gifting and ensure they are in a place where need to be.
Also, I will be supporting vendors during set-up to ensure the outcome is as you have designed it. I will be the last vendor to leave the event to ensure the space is left as per venue instructions and no belongings are left behind from your party guests and if so, I will ensure it’s delivered to the room to avoid any loss.

Full Planning & Design
A unique bespoke approach is tailor-made specifically for those couples who want to enjoy an authentic and insightful journey fulfilling every expectation while being stress-free.
This bespoke planning and design service will be specifically coordinated to last a timeline of approximately 1 year month for you to enjoy and experience completely.
This service includes:
An initial 1 hr consultation to cover your wedding vision and requirement
Bespoke Venue and Suppliers search based on your style and budget
Mood board creation to help you visualise the vibe of your event
Budget management to keep your spending on track
Securing vendors booking and contract reading
Email and calls support
Coordination and liaison with all suppliers
Creation and distribution of a detailed timeline and contact sheet to all vendors
On-site final walkthrough with bride and groom
Event Management on the day including styling and set-up
3 hrs coordination during Rehearsal Dinner
Your Investment: 13.5% total budget, minimum fee applies
Magia Signature
An elevated wedding experience perfectly created for those couples who want to experience and gift to their guests, the ultimate authentic wedding experience in Italy.
The result will be an epic, out of the box holiday experience that will be planned in atimeframe of approximately 18 months.
This service includes:
An initial 1 hr consultation to cover your wedding vision and requirement
Bespoke Venue Search for every individual event
Bespoke vendors search with up to 5 recommendations per category
Mood board creation to help you visualise the vibe of the entire wedding experience
Creation and sourcing of gift bags or customise gifts for your guests
Securing vendors booking and contract reading
Designing a 3 days wedding itinerary to distribute to all guests
Budget management to keep your spending on track
Email and calls support
Coordination and liaison with all suppliers
Set up and on-site coordination for site activities
Production and coordination for the Rehearsal Dinner or any alternative event
Creation and distribution of a detailed timeline and contact sheet to all vendors
Event Management on the day including styling and set-up
Guest Concierge (upon request)
